US-based Stagwell, a marketing and advertising company, announced on Thursday that it has acquired Brand New Galaxy, an Amsterdam-based independent platform that integrates smart business solutions across marketing and technology.
Driving commerce for brands
Founded in 2017, Brand New Galaxy (BNG) is an end-to-end e-commerce solutions and content production provider. The company claims to offer several methodologies, including Robonauts Pictures e-commerce Real Feel, using production “twists” that make consumers’ online product experience comparable to a physical experience.

In addition, BNG’s other specialized solution is their FMCC – Fast Moving Consumer Communications method, which offers a fast and scalable content production solution. Part of BNG’s proprietary tools is Synthrone, a modular and flexible ecosystem of automated services for content storage, creation, location, publishing, tracking and reporting.
Nomad Fund was the first institution to invest in BNG, seeing the potential of its model while it was still under construction. At the end of 2019, Piotr Morkowski acquired Nomad Fund and became a leading investor and chairman of the supervisory board of BNG. In 2020, the agency made its first acquisition, a well-known US agency, content26 – which made BNG the first Polish-based agency to acquire a key US player.
Additionally, the pandemic did nothing to slow growth as BNG continued to expand, closing 2020 with a presence in Dubai, Amsterdam and Seattle, and a membership of 500 members.
Objective of this acquisition
With this development, BNG will join Stagwell Media Network, a global community of omnichannel agencies that collaborate to deliver future-proof solutions focused on data, talent, technology, consulting and media expertise.
